You can select the convenient days and hours for your classes, as well as choose the teacher in the private area, in the "Calendar" section. If you have difficulties, contact us through our online chat.
Of course! The teacher will be supported with words, mime, and gestures to teach them, and because of the context, the children begin to understand without the need to translate.
We recommend using a computer or tablet for classes so that the child can better use the virtual whiteboard. If you still prefer to take the class from a mobile phone, you can do that too.
The Hola Koala program is designed for individual classes with native teachers. We will be happy to add your second child to your account and offer you a free trial class.
The class can be canceled from your private area by pressing the corresponding button at least 6 hours before the start of the class.
You can pay for the classes in your private area in the "payment area" section. You can choose the number of classes per week you prefer during the subscription period that best suits your needs. Remember that the more classes you take, the cheaper the price will be.
