Information on registration. You provide us your name, email address, and phone number when you enroll with Hola Koala.
Payment Process. Your credit card information will be given to a third party that manages payments on Our behalf when you add a credit card or other payment option to your Hola Koala account.
Communications. If you get in touch with us directly, we might learn more about you. For instance, when you get in touch with our Customer Care Team, we'll get your name, email address, phone number, any messages you send us, any attachments you send us, and any other details you choose to give.

- To oversee the proper access to and use of the services by the teachers and students.
- To interact with students and teachers in response to their requests, criticisms, and inquiries on the Services through the contact forms on our website.
- To contact or text students or send emails to give class notifications. If a student is absent or experiencing technical issues, emails, texts, or phone calls may be sent to you.
- The control of the financial transactions resulting from the hiring or delivery of the Services.
- In order to control teacher recruiting and access from an academic standpoint.
- For the purpose of providing, updating, maintaining, and safeguarding the Services, website, and activities.
- To communicate by emails, messages, and other means regarding the Services, their technical problems, and any changes to them. These messages won't be able to be renounced because they'll be seen as being a part of the Services.
