What is my hiring process?

Apply to our offer by sending your resume with all your related experience.

Attend an initial interview with our management team.
Step 3
Send us a video of maximum 40 seconds, introducing yourself to our students.
Step 4
Send us a video of a demo lesson, we give you the materials. Maximum 15 minutes.

Sign the contract and be part of our team!

Our teachers are excellent speakers, patient, friendly, and above all, fun. They have experience dealing with children, are punctual and organized. They have a reliable and high-speed Internet connection; as well as a well-lit place, without noise, calm, and without interruptions to teach classes.

Modern computer with Windows 8 or more / MasOXX 10.10 or more. 2 GB RAM, 128 GB HDD/SSD, 1GHz CPU or higher. Chrome web browser installed. HD webcam (720p or 1080p). Headphones with microphone. Fixed broadband Internet connection of 10 Mbps or faster. Backup electricity generator in case of power outages.

We offer competitive hourly pay, based on your experience and interview performance. Payments are made through PayPal.

We will send you the slides 24 hours before each class so that you can familiarize yourself with their content, and the class runs smoothly.

At Hola Koala, we believe in the advantages of the digital world, which is why we do not require specific hours or a minimum or maximum number of hours. We only ask that you schedule your availability, taking into account US time, and when you receive class scheduling, keep them current.

Hola Koala will make its teaching material available to you, which consists of fun slides with drawings and games so that you can interact with the student. You will not have to plan classes or communicate with parents; you will do everything on our platform and following our methodology.
